🐶 4-session package (1 session per week)

👥 Group size: 3 to 5 puppies (small group for optimal learning)

📅 Held every Saturday

⏰ Duration: 1 hour per session

📍 Location: Training room at Koyado Daycare & Boarding — 572A Serangoon Road 218187

🐾 Age requirement: Puppies must be below 5 months old at the start of class
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Highly encouraged for pet owners to attend and participate actively

At Koyado Daycare & Boarding, Trainer Debra leads puppy training classes designed to give young dogs the best possible start in life. Private training sessions are also available by appointment and subject to a behavioural assessment with Debra to ensure the best-fit training plan for each dog’s unique needs. Let Debra guide you and your dog with professional insight, structured support, and genuine care—every step of the way.

🎓 Did you know the Primetime for puppy Socialisation is 4 months of age?

Our puppy group class is designed specifically for puppies under 5 months old, during the most critical window for social development. With Debra’s guidance and experience, you and your pup will gain the tools needed for a confident and well-mannered start to life together.

Note:
This class is designed for early socialisation and foundational learning.
If your puppy is already displaying known behaviour challenges—such as reactivity, aggression, or fear towards dogs or people—we recommend a private training session with Debra instead, to better tailor a safe and supportive approach.

🎓 What Your Puppy Will Learn in the 4-Session Class

Each session builds on your puppy’s development, confidence, and learning skills in a fun, safe, and structured environment:

Session 1: Setting your puppy up for success - Early Socialisation

• Understanding proper socialisation

• Introduction to puppy care:

  • Rest area set up

  • Feeding

  • Potty scheduling

  • Exercise & Activity

• Building calmness and comfort in new surroundings

Session 2: Handling & Focus (Bring your puppy along)

• Meet your classmates

• Puppy handling: Bite inhibition and polite play

• Focus training - Prepare your dog for learning

• Handling and grooming desensitisation

• Exposure to household items, textures, and environments

Session 3: Confidence & Real-World Prep

• Loose leash walking essentials

• Positive exposure to people, sounds, and motion

• Intro to impulse control (wait, polite greetings)

• Playpen / Door manners

Session 4: Polishing Skills & Prevention

• Independence training to prevent separation anxiety

• Tricks training: Sit & Stay

• Problem prevention (toilet training, mouthing, jumping)
